CheckPoint 360° Leadership Diagnostic
See what others experience. Shift the behaviour that matters.
Leadership intent and leadership impact are not always the same.
The CheckPoint 360° Leadership Diagnostic gives leaders an evidence-based view of how their everyday behaviours are experienced by their manager, peers and direct reports.
Combined with focused pre-work and a 30-minute coaching session, the diagnostic transforms feedback into clarity, challenge and practical action—helping leaders strengthen their performance edge and create measurable change.

The gap between intent and impact
The greatest opportunities for leadership growth are often found in the gap between how we intend to lead and how others experience us.
CheckPoint 360° makes these differences visible. It identifies recognised strengths, potential blind spots and the behaviours most likely to influence leadership effectiveness.
But data alone does not shift the needle. Our process combines diagnostic insight with structured reflection and focused coaching so leaders can translate what they learn into observable action.
Eight leadership competencies
CheckPoint 360° gathers feedback across eight leadership competencies. The resulting report highlights patterns across stakeholder groups, differences between self-perception and the experience of others, and priority opportunities for development.
- Communication
- Leadership
- Adaptability
- Relationships
- Task Management
- Production
- Development of Others
- Personal Development
From feedback to focused action
- 01
Complete the diagnostic
The leader completes a self-assessment and invites feedback from their manager, peers, direct reports and other relevant stakeholders.
- 02
Review and reflect
The participant receives guided pre-work to review their report, identify key themes and consider their feedback through the lens of Johari's Window.
- 03
Participate in focused coaching
A 30-minute individual coaching session helps the leader test their interpretation of the results, challenge assumptions and distinguish intention from impact.
- 04
Commit to measurable action
The leader identifies one high-impact behaviour to strengthen and develops a practical 30–60 day action plan.
- 05
Continue developing
Following the diagnostic, participants continue their development through a Leaders Lounge Base Membership, providing ongoing learning, connection and support.
From insight to action
The coaching session is designed to move quickly from insight to action. The participant leaves with one clear development priority and a practical behavioural experiment to apply in the workplace.
- What matters most in the feedback
- Where perceptions differ and why
- What the leader may need to acknowledge or challenge
- Which behaviour will create the greatest performance impact
- What others need to see or experience differently
- How progress will be measured
Define success before action begins
Each participant identifies the leadership or performance outcome they want to influence, the current evidence or baseline, one observable behaviour to start, stop or strengthen, who should experience the difference, and how feedback and progress will be measured.
A clear review point within 30–60 days creates a direct line between insight, behavioural change and measurable impact.
- Clearer delegation and accountability
- More effective leadership conversations
- Reduced rework or avoidable escalation
- More timely and effective decisions
- Improved stakeholder or team feedback
- Greater consistency in coaching and developing others
- Improved delivery against agreed performance outcomes
