Program Overview
The program focuses on amplifying your core emotional intelligence capabilities, leaving you better able to navigate conflict and resistance from your team, recognise the impact of stress on your team, and role model effective balance away from the workplace.
Research conducted by Gallup has found that the emotional intelligence (EQ) of leaders directly correlates to employee tenure and productivity, with most employees caring more about their relationship with their boss than their salary.
Emotional intelligence is a key ingredient in successful leadership and can be developed through practice.
